Justine A. Chambers and Claudia Fancello
What does ‘to do’ mean, at night? Each work period will be an intensive, immersive experience in which the two artists will take on a creative ‘night shift’. This research project draws upon the experience of night shift workers and is illuminated by conversations, interviews and video documentation. Chambers and Fancello will develop a shared physical practice relating to the disruption of circadian rhythms and fatigue, and re-engage their place of work to re-imagine what the space has to offer to the specific embodiment of Light Was The Night.
